Hello, My name is Charlotte Mac and i am 17 from Tipperary, Ireland.
I made this website as i have struggled with my mental health for many years and I know what it feels like to be alone and what its like when mental illness takes up your whole life. I want to make a difference and help people. This website is a safe place for anyone. There is information, resources and services for mental health and if you or someone you know is struggling there is information for that too.
