"Charlotte is 17 years old from Carrick on Suir. She set up the Hope Project two years ago when she was just 15.

The ‘Hope’ part of the group is an abbreviation for ‘Hold on Pain Ends.’ The Project has a community of people from all around the globe. Charlotte was in studio with Fran.
